• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Event Organizers

4.1 Organizer Responsibilities

As an event organizer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate event information
• Honor all tickets sold through our platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Handle refunds and cancellations according to your stated policies
• Pay all applicable fees and commissions

4.2 Prohibited Events

You may not use our service to sell tickets for events that are illegal, fraudulent, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Ticket Purchases

5.1 Purchase Terms

When you purchase tickets through our platform:

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated by the event organizer
• Ticket prices are set by the event organizer
• Service fees may apply and will be disclosed before purchase
• You must present a valid ticket (QR code) at the event

5.2 Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation policies are set by individual event organizers. We are not responsible for refunds unless required by law. Contact the event organizer directly for refund requests.

6. Fees and Payments

6.1 Service Fees

We charge service fees for using our platform. These fees are disclosed before purchase and may vary based on the event type and ticket price.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Baris Ticketing, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Baris Ticketing or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful or malicious code

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Baris Ticketing, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the service or violation of these terms.
